User Experience

Users make mental connections as they explore your digital platform. We use those connections to enhance the flow and structure of your content.

Improving the customer journey

User experience (UX) examines the interactions people have with your digital platform. It doesn’t focus on the granular details of content. Instead, the emphasis is on how content is grouped to make sure it is organized in a sensical manner.

User experience is about more than website navigation. At its core, UX is about how users flow from page to page within a platform. How should they interact with a button? Do they want to filter search options before searching or after? The answers to these questions will dictate the structure of your content.

Creating an intuitive experience

We work with stakeholders to determine what content is important to use, remove or rework.

We take a detailed look at analytics to determine the performance of top pages.

We conduct SEO research on current site content, stakeholder ideas and competitor analysis.

We do user testing to validate the design once an architecture is established.
