Learn how to manage media and build calendars and complex, dynamic queries of content by selecting and configuring the most popular modules. By attending the session, you’ll learn how to:

• Apply best practices for building Drupal websites
• Use the block system and taxonomy to organize content
• Create custom pages, blocks and RSS feeds on your site
• Create a photo gallery, automated workflow and calendaring system
• Make custom content types (CCK) and use views, blocks and taxonomy
• Distinguish key differences between Drupal 6 and Drupal 7

All we need from you is:

• A basic understanding of how websites function
• CMS (content management system) experience
• Some knowledge of HTML & CSS (helpful but not necessary)
• You laptop to work on during the course
