• You enjoy being challenged to a game of ping-pong (usually after lunch or at 5pm).
• You don’t mind a constant supply of soda and Reese’s peanut butter cups.
• You spend your free time reading some combination of Slashdot, Ars Technica, Daring Fireball, A List Apart, Smashing Magazine and Read/Write Web.
• You are skilled at collaborating to passionately execute client-centric and user-focused projects with integrity. (And you know the significance of all those terms.)

Everything else can be worked on.
