Rosamund has been working with Duo Consulting since 2005, building site structures for the American Library Association and the Chicago Public Library. Before and during this time, she worked for a variety of libraries, included but not limited to Target’s corporate library, Chicago’s North Suburban Public Library System and the Newberry. Prior to joining Duo Consulting, she was an Internet support specialist at Cars.com. Rosamund has recently become employed full-time at Duo, and is happy to bring her library knowledge and customer support experience to the table. Rosamund received her B.A. in Creative Writing and Communications from Loyola University Chicago University, with a minor in History. She is an active member of the American Library Association. In her spare time, she enjoys comic books, traveling to places both near and far, and spending time with family and friends.
