A seasoned systems engineer and software development manager, Fred brings to duo over 12 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of Information Technology solutions.

Fred has created applications for a range of specialized needs in the public and private sectors, and has experience in data modeling, database design, implementation and tuning, programming, networking and managing computer operations.

Fred holds a B.A. in Biology with Honors from Skidmore College and an M.S. in Neurobiology and Physiology from Northwestern University, where he was on a University Fellowship and completed PhD work in the study of sleep and circadian rhythms. He is an active member of the Web Analytics Association and CMPros.
