Background:
A seasoned systems engineer and software development manager, Fred brings to Duo over 20 years of experience in the design, implementation and management of Information Technology solutions. Fred has created applications for a range of specialized needs in the public and private sectors, and has experience in data modeling, database design, implementation and tuning, programming, networking and operations. Fred holds a M.S. in Information Technology from Northwestern University, as well as earlier degrees from Skidmore College and an M.S. in Neurobiology and Physiology from Northwestern University, where he also completed Ph.D. work in the study of sleep and circadian rhythms.
