“I make everyday processes easier for people to understand, use and adapt to.”
“I like that I can sit with a group of people with no creative background and help them to participate and inform the decisions they’re making through completely tactile methods.”
“I have an editorial viewpoint -- I know how to tell a story. I’m part artist, part editor and part engineer.”
“With new challenges, I get to solve new problems.”
“Open spaces. Sharpies. Colorful post-it notes. UX for good! (Which is why I don’t work at an ad agency -- I feel there’s something to be gained from creating a better overall experience, especially in a public setting.)”
